Dr. Tarpay was extremely helpful in identifying and managing my MCAS symptoms. Office staff, however, wrongly informed me that they accepted my insurance which has landed me with a hefty out-of-pocket bill that I wasn't expecting.
Marsha up front is terrible. And the nursing staff makes excuses for her behavior. Marsha refuses to pass on refill requests to the proper staff. I will never be back here. If you need an office, go to Oklahoma Allergy and Asthma clinic. They’re amazing and the office staff is so helpful, unlike this place.
Dr Tarpay is extremely thorough, patient, and absolutely brilliant! Marsha at the front desk is such a hindrance to patient care. I called 4 times in a week and a half trying to schedule my followup appointment to discuss labs. Eventually a nurse returned my call and got me an appointment. It was a telehealth visits on a Saturday. Dr Tarpay wanted me to start antibiotics that day but my pharmacy was closed.
