This clinic has one of the worst office staffs for customer service. They’re constantly rude and act like you have inconvenienced them just for calling to make an appointment. I requested my son’s records to be sent to our new doctor six months ago and our new provider still hasn’t received them. They are also charging me $25 for a copy of his records! Dr. Gondahlia has been rude to me and my son on multiple occasions. Alison and a couple of the nurses are the only saving graces of this practice.
