Patients should be aware of this clinic’s billing practice before signing their credit card authorization form. The form allows them to automatically charge whatever insurance does not cover directly to the card on file. In our case, we never received a bill or invoice from the clinic before the charge appeared on our card. When we called to ask about it, we were told they rely on the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from insurance as the “notice” and that they do not send bills before charging the card. I visited this location and was tested for allergies. I tested negative for everything, which was kind of a shock. I met with Dr. Leyko and liked him, he asked me quite a few questions about symptoms. I will now have a blood test to provide further information so Dr. Leyko can determine the best course of treatment. This was the W. Greenway location, and there is very little parking.

The staff members were all kind and professional. The individual that did the testing was excellent. Dr Leyko was very professional and certainly seems to know his craft very well. I would not hesitate to return if needed.
