I've had nothing but great experiences in my years of going here for allergy shots and allergy tests.
Dr. Chou is always great! Her front desk staff could be more polite. Had some questions about my insurance and got a rude answer.
Girl on the phone was extremely rude and wasn’t sure what she was talking about. I had a referral here and was told by doctor Chou that I could be seen for my recent diagnosis of mastocytosis. It took them 4 days to call me back after I left a voicemail. When they finally did the girl was rude and told me “doctor Chou doesn’t see people for mastocytosis” and she didn’t even know what it was. Very difficult to get an appointment here or even through to one of the nurses.
My dr referred me for here for additional tests but the"nurse" refused to help, saying they can't do anything for me & the referral must've been a mistake. They don't test for allergies or offer immune tests at the ALLERGY CENTER. good to know!
