Waited over an hour past my appt time in the very unappealing, load and uncomfortable lobby. I was then brought in to the room where after the 3rd degree from the nurse over the one test i was there to have done still continued to wait for the doctor to come in. I could hear the doctor across the hall asking the nurse questions about what i needed and refused to just come in the room herself and ask the questions. Not only do they not accept a referral brought to them in person, the front desk is incapable of properly handling them and they don’t contact you back to schedule (it’s been almost a month since I provided my referral). Also their hours are not listed on google but they’re only in office once a week or so I was told. I drove over 30 mins only to be told that the office was closed for an hour for lunch which was never mentioned when I called and isn’t even posted on the physical location. We waited for more than 2 hours for the doctor's attention, If you arrive late they won't attend to you but if you should have all the time for them it's not fair
Tienen una politica de 15 minutos de gracias, y si llegas tarde te cancelan y reagendan minimo un mes despues, sin embargo, cuando eres tu el que esperas por ser atendido no pasa nada, pierdes tu tiempo y dinero y a ellos no les importa.
