Dr. Fuentes has been wonderful. He takes his time talking to his patients and genuinely listens to their concerns. He found what other doctors missed. I would highly recommend.
Dr. Fuentes and his staff provide exceptional care for allergy sufferers. Thanks to their treatment, my resistance to seasonal allergies has improved dramatically. I no longer struggle with the constant sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes that used to plague me. I highly recommend Dr. Fuentes and his team to anyone looking for effective relief and excellent service.
The front desk lady was extremely unprofessional, rude and couldn’t be bothered to do her job. Had to call 5 times because of a prescription mistake they made but couldn’t take the time to fix. Front desk lady didn’t say one word to me when I picked up samples and just handed them to me rudely. Will not be going back.
Not a customer service based group. Be aware of their schedule and know it is for their convenience, not yours.
Needed a second opinion for a family member and this has been one of the best medical experiences I have encountered with any type of practice. The sweet sentiments from the nurse and front desk staff warmed my heart. Dr. Fuentes listened, was clear and communicated his plan for treatment with thoroughness. Gave his reasoning and what he hopes the outcomes will be. And my little patient was given a sweet Easter treat on the way out.
