So unprofessional this office is so unorganized. This is the third appointment that they come up with excuses. I walked the door at 2:40 after calling and to only receive voicemail because there was traffic on the freeway By the time somebody came to the front desk she said oh you are too lat it’s already 3pm and we only have a 15 min grace period. Such bull: I was 10 minutes late
Horrible customer service... the girls that return your call are terrible she was upset because I asked for an appointment at a certain time for any other day other than the one she offered. Stayed quiet on the phone, and then when I finally said hello, she placed me on hold without even saying anything.
Needed appointment to renew refills of meds. Office staff stated there are no virtual or phone appointments anymore, and only Mon-Thu in person. I just started a new job working Mon-Thu and can’t make those days. I went back and forth with the office supervisor “Daniela” explaining my situation and why I can’t make an in person appointment due to just starting a new job. Lately the front desk hasn’t been answering the phones which makes me hesitant to come back here. The last appointment I had here, about two months ago, i waited over 30 minutes for. Really slow service and short staffed which shows how staff are overworked.
Horrible just about money here smh
