Tried to schedule an appointment for a family member with an approved referral, but the office wouldn’t take it because of a billing issue they’re having with the medical group since May of this year. It has nothing to do with us—we’re just trying to get care. Frustrating that something like this gets in the way of a basic medical need.
HORRIBLE! find a better place if you can. Staff can be polite. But, doctor is a waste of your time. Horrible bed side manners, so rude and very unprofessional.
Make sure you arrive on time for shots... Last shot is at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:35 with my son and that had closed everything already. We drove from Victorville to Rancho with heavy traffic and they wouldn't give my son his shot 🥲 Long drive for nothing. We left home at 4pm and there were 4 car accidents in the Cajon pass. Makes me mad bc how can they close everything in 5 min. Locked everything but clinic is open until 6pm? Happy with the Dr but very upset with the staff bc i know they close b4 5:30
First time at the facility, and would never go back nor would I recommend this place to anybody. The doctor didn’t listen and was unprofessional.
They kept rescheduling appointment cause they didn't have blood work results for two months. Horrible
