Dr.Lavinsky is an outstanding doctor who has great diagnostic acumen,structured approach to patient care and patient. She also has a great sense of humor. She saved my life on one occasion. I highly recommend her.
I called the office today around 9:45 am and spoke to Ms. Parker, the office manager, to see if I could be seen today. She advised that there were no openings and that I would be considered a new patient since I hadn’t been seen since 2020 (all while I sound horrible on the phone due to congestion). She robotically, without not one ounce of empathy, had the audacity to say I couldn’t be seen until March 10th. No discussion of symptoms to see if I could receive urgent care service.
