The People Were Very Nice And Very Helpful 🩷
Me and my daughter are always meet with a smiling face and voice. I absolutely love the staff who are joyful and all around present the best customer service ever but my daughter’s doctor is very understanding and personable. I would recommend them to any and everyone that deals with allergies and your family practitioner can not help.
Brought my teenager in for an appointment, spent two minutes explaining to the front desk that his name was legally changed, provided the insurance card, talked about how nice the name was, etc. A few minutes later, we are called back by the tech and he uses the dead name. My child walked out crying, the office offered no apology, no acknowledgement, really seemed intentional.
I called this office to make an appointment, spoke with front desk, scheduled me an appointment for Monday August 4, 2025 just to get here and they informed me that they called me to reschedule because the doctor I was assigned to doesn’t work there on Mondays. So why schedule me for that doctor on the first place, then I never got the calls because they had the wrong number. I will never come here again now recommend anyone to this place.
