Super slow for any results, nice staff but very difficult to schedule any new appointments and takes a long time to get in. Also allergy shot room is super crowded and I wish they just did it individually. Not great
Horrible experience!!!! Every other doctor’s office that I have been to send their patient a reminder of their upcoming appointment. and this place refuses to send you a reminder and if you miss one appointment or cancel an appointment they will send you A nasty certified letter stating that they do not want to continue patient care with you because you forgot to go to an appointment. Horrible experience for a new doctor and their staff. No personality at all. I received a missed apt fee, and when I called they put me on hold for 7 minutes, before I hung up. I do not recommend this place and understand why the old doctor left.
My bill was kind of high, but the staff there was very friendly and I learned some stuff about myself so I suppose it was worth it.
Horrible experience as a new patient. They told me when I first called that, with my common insurance "they see all the time"(their words) that I should only have to pay my co-pay. Upon leaving my test the lady says I owe $350 because they only cover an allowed amount. After repeated back and forth I insist on there being a mistake, another woman comes over and says...yeah I'm right, only a copay. I could let that go but a week later I come back for my follow up, only to find out that they scheduled it for the following Tues... read more
