The PA was knowledgeable, informative and efficient
First time at this facility and I was impressed with the staff as well as the PA's and Dr. Modi. They were courteous, professional and listened to me explaining my concerns. I will definitely recommend Allergy & Asthma Associates of Michigan.
My mother in law is a client and loves this medical center. I called on her behalf regarding a billing question and spoke to Bianca who was very helpful and answered all my questions with outstanding customer service and empathy. This is the kind of service that builds customer loyalty.
Waiting room feels like you’re in the fun house of mirrors at the circus. Doctors and nurses stare at the computer as they ask you questions never looking at you in the eyes. Doctor prescribed my daughter 4 EpiPens not covered by insurance for a MILD egg allergy. $150 each. Felt like a desperate money grab for a commission. She never looked at me in the eyes, showed any genuine concern which is suspicious and really set me off.
