Place is usually pretty busy, the wait times can be a lot sometimes even with an appointment... Also wayyyyy too many fake automation things... Call in tree, robo appointment confirmation calls, robo texts... I called in to make an appointment recently and got hung up on before we booked the appointment, had to call back immediately...
