Their billing staff is absolutely amazing. I called regarding my bill and Maggie did a fantastic job explaining everything. She took the time to go through and breakdown my bill. She is very kind and pleasant to talk with.
I’ve been a pt here for over a year now and PA Hasan is always attentive. I’ve been getting allergy shots every week as well and the MAs are very efficient with those. My brother was seen here as well for skin testing and saw Dr. Bahrainwala, they got us in pretty quickly and explained the testing process to my brother thoroughly as he had a lot of questions. Overall, it’s been a pleasant experience coming here
The front desk staff is very rude .. the back office staff is great and they take good care of my son . But I am thinking about finding a new place for him . I hope they talk to the front desk and make them treat people respectfully.
I am very happy with my daughter's experience over the last 2 years. Testing, treatment and information are both informative and supportive. My questions and concerns were supported and resolved. The office hours are flexible. Appointment wait times are quick and the allergy shot process is in and out! The only issue is that you cannot easily pay online. I would Definitely recommend them.
