Took 2 months to return an allergy plan form to my daughter’s preschool then put inaccurate information on the form. I now have to provide my daughter’s school medicine that my daughter doesn’t even take when exposed to EGG before she can return. Refused to provide me a copy via email like I requested, mind you they received the form and asked me questions about the form VIA EMAIL!!!
