Awful experience overall. The customer service, patient care, and communication have all been unacceptable. One example: my child was seen in September, and it is now January. Despite multiple requests, his medical records have still not been sent to his primary care provider. Each follow-up has been met with excuses rather than resolution. They made me wait asked a few questions did not give a scratch test charged my health care company $300 after they made me wait two months for an appt and I had to wait 45 for the alleged “ doctor “
Everyone is so pleasant here!! It's a great experience and hard to come by offices where everyone treats you kindly and you don't feel rushed! Very nice and caring people!
