There were two amazing people that deserve the credit for this rating. First was Mary our nurse. She may be the best person I’ve ever worked with in health care. And on our way out the door Teoni at the front desk made the day after a grueling shot schedule feel enjoyable. She wasn’t just pleasant she was respectful engaged and funny. Hard to smile after receiving shots all morning but she made it possible.
This is my second time at the Portland location for a shellfish allergy and I cannot say enough good things about this place! The receptionist was very friend as well as the doctor’s assistant. I saw Dr. Cardona and he was so very thorough! Highly recommend this place for your allergy and asthma needs!!
My experience here, almost five years now, has been nothing but pleasant, every single visit. All the staff are friendly, and Hannah in the shot room is amazing. I look forward to seeing her!
I’ve been seeing Dr Cardona for 3+ years and he is incredibly helpful for my complex allergy issues. The staff across the entire practice is patient and kind. It can sometimes be difficult to get ahold of someone if you have a scheduling or billing issue, but they are always helpful and work with you once they are able to get back to you (it’s a really busy practice!)
I totally understand all the negative reviews now. My doctor sent an urgent referral over to this office due to some pretty severe symptoms on my hands and feet. It took them the same amount of time to process other offices take with regular, non-urgent referrals. Finally I got the text to call for an appointment. When I called, because the symptoms on the referral did not exactly match the symptoms I am experiencing - even though they are all very possibly connected to an allergic reaction - the person on the phone was like... read more
