I chose this office over a closer allergist because of how friendly the reception staff were on the phone, and I am glad I made that choice! The staff here were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They did a great job doing allergy testing for my son and were incredibly patient and kind with him throughout the procedure. NP Rachel Graves was incredibly kind with my nervous son, kept me informed throughout, and took the time to explain everything and outline next steps. A great experience with great people!

I had the worst experience dealing with a Kim there. She was rushed, rude and had a fake smile. She did not even seem to be listening because that smile stayed plastered on her face. She reeked of cigarette smoke as well. Ive heard good things about this practice but after meeting her she ruined the entire visit. It doesn't matter how good the Dr is if the office is horrible. I will go elsewhere.
They have been caring for my daughter since 2019. She suffers from severe asthma, and at that time, the doctor acknowledged the seriousness of her chronic condition and believed they could provide the necessary help. Since then, they’ve managed her care with dedication, and my daughter has experienced less health-related stress and a much better quality of life.
My doctor was Rachel Graves, who was incredibly thorough and showed genuine care. The nurse was also phenomenal. They were both incredibly attentive. One day into treatment while waiting for my 6 week follow up appointment, I’m already experiencing so much relief from how awful my allergies have been. Highly recommend this place!
