Imaginary hours and appointments. Showed up to my 3pm appointment, no one was in the office and their phone goes straight to voicemail.
Incompetent staff. Went in to test for allergy to antibiotic and was told there is a patch for it. Received environmental allergy testing after which was informed there is no patch to test for antibiotic allergy. Never even saw the doctor but did waste an hour. Was charged copayment and extra for allergy testing and told it would be refunded since the office staff is incompetent and did not read the reason for visit that was clearly filled out and verbally stated. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Robert Tamayev on 3/25/25 in reference to my allergies. I was barely seen by a nurse practitioner when I've asked if I was going to be seen by the Allergist and she responded that the Allergist wasn't there at that moment. Why would the receptionists and the NP implied that the Allergist was at this location when he wasn't. I was not diagnose or treated for any condition. I hope they're not going to charge my medical insurance.( D. Toledo )
