The doctor and the staff are knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, however the office is inconsistent with shot clinic hours, they are constantly sending information and forms and shots to the wrong office as the team goes back and forth between two offices and they are terrible about communicating basic information (appointment times/accessing records/post shot instructions and more) Lots of “misunderstandings.” There were four of us standing outside the office last week waiting for our allergy shots only to find out the o... read more
