I was with this clinic 5 years, with great relief. When I started dealing with my 10 year old daughter's care they wouldn't listen to my concerns and instead disrespected me on the call. I went in person, and spoke to the doctor directly. He was condecending and tried to speak to me as if a child- I asked him to disapline the employee for treating me this way on multiple occasions. I missed my very first appointment. I made this 2 months ago and really need it, I am NEVER the type to miss appointments so it was very embarrassing and I take full responsibility for missing it. I called same day right when I realized I'd missed it (exactly one hour after the appointment) to apologize and reschedule. The woman on the phone was very rude and told me that a new client who misses their appointment can NEVER try a second time to book with them. New location. Staff seem to like it more over the old. Sadly, only one physician at this time. They needed to finish the move and get acclimated to the new office first. Give them time. They'll be back to full strength shortly. (6/23).
