Very disappointing experience. Completed blood test, provided little to no feedback on results. When we scheduled a virtual appointment, it was made for 9:30am and switched to 11:45am 15 minutes before original appointment. Show up to the 11:45am appointment and doctor is a no show without any notice or cancellation.
I had a very bad experience with this doc with my infant son 10 years ago. She was very alarmist about my son’s food allergies and didn’t take the time to provide sufficient explanations. I left her office in tears and went elsewhere for my son’s treatment.
They cancelled my son’s appointment. They want the paper work two days in advance. I was told by one of the reps that I can still send it a day before my son’s appointment, it just needs to be sent before COB. We arrived and waited 28 minutes and one of the reps said they cancelled my son’s appointment. This doctor is rigid. They do not make any exceptions. They don’t bend the rule. So if you think you are not able to send paper work two days in advance as a new patient, do not use this practice. It is not worth your energy.... read more
I've seen Dr. Bailey several times for a very pervasive, incredibly itchy rash that she diagnosed as psoriasis. I'd seen other doctors who weren't able to diagnosis it, so I greatly appreciated Dr. Bailey's thoroughness and acumen. Additionally, post diagnosis, she and her staff were incredibly helpful and persistent in working with my insurance company, and following rejections and appeals, ultimately, a drug manufacturer, to ensure I was prescribed a systemic medication that largely eliminated my symptoms.
