Allergy Associates Inc, What can I say, DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY, FILTHY PLACE!!! Might as well be a 3rd world country in that place, even smells like crap and curry. I had an endoscope, the device was dirty and gave me a severe sinus infection (SEVERE), after he was done he just put it back in the container-never even cleaned it, he PUT IT AWAY FOR THE NEXT PATIENTS USE.
