Love the doctor, but getting refills has been tough. The woman who handles this doesn’t seem like she wants to do her job. I have called and she blows you off. So I wait for the pharmacy to reach out. I don’t understand the doctor put the order in the computer in front of me. If you don’t believe me call and listen to her voicemail. This individual needs training in how to treat a patient. We are not going to the doctor because we are in perfect health. We go because we are in need of medical care. Doctor Dodson is wonderful. He was able to diagnose a problem for me that nobody else had been able to diagnose. His office is friendly, positive and always a very nice place to be. He is one of the best doctors that I have ever been to.
