Very disappointing. Traveled from NYC to be told upon arriving that they do not take my insurance. I would suggest hiring knowledgeable staff to inform patients prior to the appt. Also very contradicting that their website states they take my insurance. Unfortunate!!!! Reply to establishment’s reply: No I was not informed. Also should update your website to reflect insurance as this is a contraindication

Doctor Nakai is great! My allergies are not particularly severe but I still wanted to give immunotherapy a try to alleviate environmental and animal-triggered reactions. Initial testing was very thorough, with two rounds of skin testing and a bloodwork order. She takes the full picture into account! I am still only a few weeks into my shots so I am not anticipating having any marvelous effects yet, but so far this has been a positive experience.
