Jill and the entire team at Allergy and ENT Associates were very warm and welcoming from the beginning. My issues and questions were all addressed thoroughly. I really appreciated the time taken during my testing. It’s refreshing not to feel rushed, leaving without direction or answers, which has been my experience at many medical offices. Thank you again!
Dr. Apodaca has been very responsive and helpful to my needs. Was able to see her the same day I requested an appointment twice!
Had an ear wick placed in my ear by ER, was experiencing very bad pain- just walked in to ask if they could help with this, was told they are too booked to help me, the earliest they would “maybe” help would be Friday (3 days). Not a single person in the waiting room. Wow. Just ridiculous how it’s “specialized” care/practice but ultimately urgent care had to help me because these doctors are not reliable. In pain means in pain… Should never turn a patient away.
