Dr. is good. The reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. I have called three time to get a price on allergy shots. They say they will call back with estimate, they never do. Even when I call them back they have no new information. Very frustrating to work with.

The doctor is amazing but the office staff is the worst in history. She doesnt run your insurance properly, I had to call my insurance so they can call the office while I was there to make sure that I had no copay, she then rushes you into signing a new form to be responsible for a payment for a treatment that hasn’t even been scheduled yet, she was so rude and loud. I wish I had her name so I would post it here.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced The person answering the phone for new patient appointments was extremely rude..
More people should review places like this to make people aware of poor services. A patience with long history of very bad allergies was advise to take antihistamines.... surely that never occurred to us or to any other family doctor. And when I called to set another appointment with another doctor a very RUDE lady with very little manners interrupted me to yell that she needed to know what kind of allergies he had... well, if you silence your mouth and finish listening to what I am saying you would have find out. STAY AWAY!
