Their billing department doesn’t do their jobs properly and you may get a bill a year and a half later. Also at your first injection they bill you to explain the injection in addition to giving you the injection. And neither their Columbia (billing office) or Jeff City office are helpful to figure out why it takes them a 1.5+ years to send out your statement. I’d recommend looking else where.
Don’t actually care about the well-being of their patients, only care how much revenue they can generate from them.
My son Cameron and I personally want to thank Debbie at the front desk and all of the staff that administers his shots ♡ Debbie has done so much to keep my 3 1/2 year old happy when he has to get his shots. She really has gone out of her way to make us feel comfortable and the staff are so patient and make us feel right at home there.
