The office staff is pretty great here. The doc is good, but her personality is unique. She talks fast and sometimes its hard to interject. She does listen though once you get through and she makes sure you understand her answers. My biggest complaint is the waiting, how can you be an hour behind when we are the 2nd appt of the morning?
They left me in the waiting room for two hours; saw the actual doctor for a few minutes. Learned nothing from my appointment, charged $300. The office is over booked and understaffed which provides the patients with a bad experience and a bad value proposition. Would not return
I visited Allergy & Asthma Clinic of East Lansing last week for the first time. I saw Dr. Norris for allergy testing, and she was thorough and explained things well. I felt like I was in good hands. All of the office staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I received a reminder call from--believe it or not!--a real person, not an AI. I got to speak with friendly people when I checked in at the office--no kiosks like at all too many offices these days. I would highly recommend this practice.
