Eager to be in touch with this office, even if closed, to gain access to my medical history while I was a very satisfied patient of Dr. Betty Petrak. I understand I am legally entitled to these records but don't know how to connect with whatever entity is responsible for providing them. Please help.

I came in for suspected allergy, for which they prescribed tests by blood draw from another lab. They ran up the bill with a multitude of lung tests, and sent me home with an inhaler. I don't have any breathing problems, and we didn't find any allergies. I wish I had stopped them from pushing the lung function tests on me.

Dr Petrak and the allergy center of Colorado office team is always doing their best to look out for their patient's well being. They don't cut corners or impose practices that put their patient's at risk. I'd highly recommend them if you have any questions about allergies or headaches.
