Went in cause I was referred there. I was waiting in the office to talk to someone as I waited I watched the lady (whom seems to be in charge) her name was Sarah but she had another lady with 2 young men go in before everyone to talk about renting her personal home, not only did she do this while there’s a lobby of people waiting but she honestly treated them like criminals. My experience here was disappointing and odd. When I arrived, there were many people in the waiting room and waiting in the hallway but no one at the reception desk. The set up of the office itself is a bit confusing as a new patient and it took about 30 minutes for someone to come talk to me and get my information. As I was waiting, I saw several people have the same confusion I did upon entering the office. From the very first visit, my daughter started feeling so much better! She was finally able to sleep well and just felt great overall. Little did we know that her asthma was the main cause of her sleep issues and allergies, but Dr. Tausch knew immediately what she needed after her initial visit. Now, just over a week later, she continues to feel better every day. I highly recommend the Allergy and Asthma Center - they truly deserve a 5-star rating. Thank you for the excellent care!
I just started bringing my son for his allergy shots. We were going to Allergy Partners but we could never get an appointment, nor would they ever return my phone calls to get an appointment. What a relief to call Dr. Tauschs’ office & they actually pick up the phone & they call you back! And the best part, SAME DAY APPTS OR NEXT DAY! We are very happy with Dr. Tausch ☺️
