What a breath of fresh air! The office and staff was warm and welcoming. Communicating with them was a breeze! Dr Angela was amazingly compassionate, kind, and explained everything so well and ensured she left no questions unanswered. She really took her time and I didn’t feel rushed like I usually do with docs. I highly recommend Dr Angela - I will always drive from Mckinney to see her!!
Billing issue. They will charge you upfront. But when it goes through the insurance and after insurance pays their portion, you realize you're supposed to pay less than what they already charged you, you're not gonna get any refund. It's been 4 months and I still did not get the refund. Never going back there.
I would highly recommend this office everyone was polite and professional. Everything was explained in details of the test and results, all my questions and concerns were answered! Great doctor and great team!!!!
