I called the office in Glendale and spoke to Abigail. She was extremely rude. She kept expressing how frustrating it is that the system online doesn't accurately depict the schedule. I've been coming here since Oct 2021, and this treatment has completely changed my life for the better. Between the allergy shots and a shot I get for my eczema, my quality of life has greatly improved. Big part of why I like coming here so much also is because of Krupa. She takes her time and is great at her job. Always willing to answer my questions, and makes me feel super comfortable. I’m looking for a new allergy/Asthma office after what I went through today. Very disappointed and I hope none of their children or family members ever have an asthma attack and they denied service to them.
