Allergan made $16 Billion in 2019 and you cannot afford to research an antibody test when your product fails? You also have the worst customer care on the planet. I have been spending money to slow down the aging process and support a facial scar in healing with your products. Allergan's Botox Savings Program is a joke. I've had their card and now their non-card reimbursement program since its inception. I receive Botox injections for chronic cluster migraines and the reimbursement process is a nightmare. Repeated calls, multiple requests for the same documentation via upload and fax is ridiculous. I've just contacted them via their website and told them I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and contacting the Attorney General so we shall see if that resolves anything.

This company is incredibly misleading and has a marketing strategy that is tantamount to false advertising. Their Restasis brand is unaffordable out of pocket. They offer an insurance card and say that you can pay as little as $0-$5 for a 90 day supply. This is flat out false, even with the card it is well over $250 for a 30 day supply, not even a 90 day supply. This company needs to think about the people using it's products, no one can afford them.

I have found that the FML Forte eye drop used to used to treat eye PRK and Lasik post operative side affects is at least 10 drops short on the first two bottles that I purchased from Allergan Pharmaceuticals. It is $250.00 U.S. dollars per bottle. They use the metric conversion table to fill their bottles which their Quality Assurance Section stated was 15 drops per ML.
