Literally the WORST business I’ve ever dealt with in my 32 years of living ! EVERYTHING is a hassle. Customer Service agents are useless and RUDE. They pretend to be supervisors and promise to transfer you to the correct department, but will send you back to the main line. I’ve been on the phone for 2 hours trying to get to someone who could help me. I hated every day of banking with them for 4 years. I paid my loan off early just to stop dealing with them. If your looking for a loan or a bank, PLEASE RUN FROM THIS ONE !
