In my opinion, The most dishonest dealership I have ever walked into. They wanted to charge $10,000 over MSRP because they told me that the Telluride Inventory may have a market adjustment based on current market supply conditions. I’m grateful that I visited a different Kia dealership that told me there were Kia dealerships that added five, 10, even up to $15,000 more for a vehicle. Allentown Kia helped me with an issue although I did not buy my Kia from them. I had a motor issue that the other dealer did not help me with and should have been handled under a warranty. Allentown Kia, Don and Marc in service both helped me get the repair covered under Kia warranty. They even were able to help me get a rental car too which I did not expect. My point is they did what another Kia dealer should have done and I want to let everyone know if.

I was mistakenly put on their email list even though I have never been to their dealership. Over the last year I have emailed multiple managers and called the dealership asking to be removed from their email list. They have continued to reply saying they will remove me, however, I continue to receive their spam. Clearly this is a joke to them and they are choosing to harass me with the bombardment of emails despite my efforts to be removed from the list. Allentown Kia is the absolute worst dealership that I have ever been in. My current car was wrecked in a car accident. So shopping for a new car was not exactly what I wanted to do. I had picked out the Kia Stinger GT $42000 give or take a few bucks. Best buying experience I have ever had!!! I live right around the corner from another Kia dealer and decided after talking to the very sweet CSR, Deborah, to give Allentown Kia a try, and I’m so glad that I did!
