Not impressed. The meat was very expensive at all the stands. Not many deals in comparison to other years.
Farmers market is our favorite Allentown landmark! We go there weekly for breakfast, lunch or dinner from Bada Bingg II. I always grab a tea at Heffelfingers coffee shop and can't leave without grabbing the best sweets & treats from Madeline's! We make sure to pickup some meet and fruits and veggies as well & of course we grab the best cheese around at Whitmans cheese stand. Everyone is so nice too!
Amazing farmers market. We will definitely be returning. We hit many of the food stands on the way out for dinner on the way home as we are not from the area. I picked up Sushi at one of the stands and it was most definitely the best Sushi I have ever had and at an unbeatable rate! Got 2 rolls (12 Pieces each) and 6 Piece Sashimi for $15... can't beat this price!
Grew up here and always come to the Farmer's market for local produce and Amish bake goods. Love supporting locals!
The food here is super fresh and well priced. Friendly people at all stands! If you haven't checked this out then you need to! Open every Thurs, Fri and Sat.
