Cigarette/weed smoke in my apt and guess what? We dont even smoke!!! My daughter and I both have health issues and I have had cancer in the past so this issue is definitely a nuisance and disturbing our quality of life! We all know what the effects of 2nd and 3rd hand smoke can be and it isn't good.

I haven’t even unpacked my belongings or furnished because I planned on breaking my lease. They don’t even take the time to give you ANYTHING new as a new tenant. I wouldn't recommend anyone moving here if they value peace and quiet I haven't had a good nights sleep since I been here the neighbors next door are very noisy the walls in the bldg are thin as paper sounds as if they are literally coming through the walls constantly arguing kids running wild also when I walk outside through the courtyard it's a mess I see dog shit everywhere have to be careful where I step mataniece is a joke you call and they never show up the parking lot is unsafe to walk through I was almost hit by a sp... read more
The turn over rate for the office staff is high. The ladies in there now are wonderful and hardworking. I don’t like the fact that everything I turn around I need maintenance to fix something. It’s been like that since I’ve been living there. And, it’s sad to say! To me it’s like nobody is really fixing anything. It’s just freaking patch work. My apartment shouldn’t even be an apartment to tell the truth. But, don’t nobody want to hear or believe that. Train wreck all the time.
