Absolutely recommend! We had warranty work done on our TV. The warranty company originally sent us to another electric/appliance company in Phenix City/Columbus area. The store answered the my call but then didn’t do a darn thing after that. Finally after numerous failed attempts to get someone to call me back I called the warranty company back and said I wanted someone else. That is when I met Allen and his staff at Allen’s TV Sales. Very rude and unprofessional. Should not be in the public service business. We drove all the way from Lanett,Al to get warranty work on a Christmas present done as instructed by Power Wheel. But decided to drive all the way to Newnan to another service dealer that was very professional and courteous. Don’t even bother with this place.
Mr. Johnny M. I do not believe you are giving a correct review. The problem you are stating is unknown to the staff of Allen's TV. This is the kind of complaint that we find to be without merit. Our records indicate no one named Johnny M was in our office on or around the week of 1/19/2015. If you have an issue wit our service please feel free to contact us or the B.B.B. in writing. I personally will respond and hope to resolve any negative situation with mutual respect.
This place is horrible and has done nothing but lied to us multiple times .Let me start with the back story our house was hit by lighting on 5/23 early in the morning,it hit all the tv’s and direct tv box’s, telephones, air conditioner system . We had a protection plan with direct tv, so we call and filed a claim they told us that we would have to mail the one tv in and the other 2 would be fixed at our home . They set us with appointment with Allen’s Tv Sales and Service on the 5/24. We waited all day an no one ever came. S... read more

Allen's T.V. is a GREAT and friendly company. My tv went out and I called for a pickup to fix. They picked it up the next day and I had it back 3 days later, haven't had a problem since. He has also worked on my neighbors and husband's stereo equipment. I will always use this company for my tv and stereo needs.Thank you Mr. Allen
