We made several attempts to repair a 30 year old lock and door handle on our french door. Due to the age, I continued to be told it was impossible. The entire door would need replacing. Mr. Allen was able to take information from PHOTOS, research the lock, and then came and repaired the original lock and handle. Professional, courteous and arrived at the appointment time. The cost was even below what he had estimated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I was visiting in town and needed keys. Mr. Allen treated me like his best customer! I highly recommend!
