We called these guys out. They where there about 2.5 hrs. Left and never got back in touch. So we called and they said they need to order a part. It would be there Monday. We called several times that week and only got voicemail. So we went by there that evening, left our number. Said they would call. Agian nothing. 3 weeks later, We had to call A another contractor out. They turned the valves completely off and now the compressor is bad. We had a brand new RUUD HVAC system put in on November 29 2024. We have had nothing but issues with this system. We keep calling Allen's to come out and fix the problem. Whenever it gets to 34 degrees the unit will freeze and will not defrost. They have been out 10 times and still not fixed. This week we called on Sunday night 1-12-2025 to inform that we had no heat running on emergency heat only. Today is Tuesday 1-14-2025 and have not heard or seen them.
