My hubby broke down one evening off of 275 hauling a just purchased boat back to SC. Alan’s Pro returned his call first thing in next morning and took him in immediately… Before all other appointments since we were in transport! After calling everywhere from Saint Augustine to Marietta I was so pleased with the service offered by this outfit. My axle was an odd size (5200 lb. 96/74 with 4”drop) and nobody could find one to fit. These guys never gave up. They searched and searched and were the only place that called back to tell me that they could have one within two days, but they would have to fabricate the spring mounts. Best customer service I have ever seen. I have bought a few parts for my boat trailers in the past. This time I was down with a trailer bearing out and busted hub. Was 5:30pm between Folkston and Waycross Ga and no parts supply in Waycross had what I needed. I called my man Tate and he stayed after hours waiting on my daughter to come from Callahan to get the parts for me.
