I submitted a trimmer for repair and was told it'd be 10 days to get it back. Three weeks later I called and was told that they were looking at it and would call me back in half an hour. Two hours later I called them and was told they waiting on a part. A week after that I was told it'd be ready Tuesday or Wednesday. I was called this morning and told that something else was wrong and they'd have to order another part. Allen's Power Equipment overcharged for the work on my mower that was done wrong!! They had my mower for 6 weeks and charged over $1200 and the belt came off my mower after using it for 10 minutes. This is because they put the main drive belt tensioner on wrong! When they were contacted regarding the problem they were rude, lacked any form of professionalism and did nothing to make this problem right! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
