Allens pool did a terrible job on my pool. tried to collect payment before each stage was completed. found out license expired,, Dave the owner said son was taking over business and they texted me Toms license which is not in the scope of work being done. they never answer phone call or emails. They epoxied over knobs in my spa.now they do not work. fiber glass is chipping and cracking.. they did not cover my patio or pool deck so it is stained. workers did not show up when they were suppose to. so many more problems... read more
Allens pools is a company that does a horrible job. and is working illegally without a licence. check the california state board on the status of the license. and one of the family members that does have a license is doing work that he is not licensed to do. pleasee make sure you do your homework before you hire this company. also they never answer the phone. and when you go to the shop. no one is ever there.
