Highly recommend Allen’s. It has a small town feel while stocking everything that you could possibly need. The staff is amazing and you can tell they are all happy to be part of the company. Johnny went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed as well as walking me through the install. Most places would just sell you something and move onto the next customer. Johnny took the time to answer all my questions and making sure I was 100% comfortable with my install. Customer for life
Went today for a tricky sink drain issue. Johnny made a suggestion to my husband and I for a different drain piece than what was originally in there. Thought we were going to need to get a whole new sink. Went home with some putty and a new drain. And miraculously it fit! after being back and forth to home depot 3 times with no luck. One stop there and we had a solution at a fraction of the box store price. Thank you Johnny! We know where our 1st stop will be next time.
I went to ALLEN’s Plumbing today, never went in there; lived in Beacon Falls for 19 years. -Actually thought it was more for contractors. I brought the actual pipe piece I needed, off the bottom of my sink & told them what the problem was. JOHN ALLEN got me the pieces I needed & cut them to fit, ( I didn’t want to do that at home) & walked me through how to do it. He told me, “don’t worry. You can do it”.
