We had a leaky faucet and a few things to be looked at with our shower and I was impressed with the ease of setting up an appointment without any kind of run-around. He was prompt and did a thorough job for a fair price. Also gave us some insight into other related issues (non-plumbing) that he himself could not service. Will be contacting again if the need arises.
Matt was exceptional! Honestly, I've had several vendors that were pretty bad lately so I wasn't expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised because Matt was courteous, explained everything start to finish, and so neat and respectful of my home. I wouldn't have even known that he was there except that there's a brand new toilet in the bathroom. I will call and ask for Matt when I'm ready to replace the next toilet, or have any other plumbing issues and recommend him without reservation.
I recently used Allen to replace all the copper drains in my house. Everything went well and the price was right. Highly recommended
Allen, I have to give you 1 star due to the fact my wife had a fit upon hearing the cost of installing 2 bidet toilets. About $500 per hour you must admit is totally unacceptable but I paid it because the job was done. I just wish you were up front with me about the cost when you started the install. I would have had you stop paid you for your time and called someone else to finish the work. You're a good guy and you did a great job but we just can't justify the price.
We haven't had much luck with contractors since moving to the area, so working with Allen's Plumbing was a breath of fresh air! Courteous, professional, on time, and clean. Allen and his assistant Matt came and did exactly what needed to be done for the very reasonable quote Allen gave us before he started work. They installed a new Bradford White powervent hot water heater, expansion tank, and pressure regulator quickly and efficiently.
