We’ve used Allens Plumbing several times over the years, and they’ve consistently provided exceptional service. Most recently, they replaced our water heater, and once again they exceeded our expectations. Allen and his team are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and takes pride in doing quality work. Had a great experience with Allen’s Plumbing. I needed an outdoor spigot (hose bib) replaced at my home. They were easy to schedule, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire process. They explained what needed to be done, provided a clear price upfront, and completed the job efficiently. The new spigot works perfectly and the installation looks clean and well done. Overall, very satisfied with the service—reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them and will u... read more

He quickly sent his technician, Matt, over to provide an estimate for us with no pressure. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and friendly - he explained everything thoroughly and helped us understand the scope of work while also ans... read more

Instead of just taking the replacement work himself, he showed real professionalism and integrity by reaching back out to us and offering us the opportunity to handle the replacement since certification wasn’t required. That type of character is ra... read more
