Horrible and arrogant people working at the desk, got my propane tanks filled yesterday and they tested for a leak. To which they found one and the technician told me it’s ok to run my tanks until it’s fixed (that is against safety SOP) then the leak was not fixed and they state they came out to fix it when I myself was on the couch and I have a camera at my house that faces my driveway to which they said they parked in. It’s amazing the lack of customer service this company has
This company is a rip-off. They charge way too much money. That's a house with only two people. The bill was $593, and the price below is because I had an outstanding check, and they deducted $173.12 from that. It's not fair that they steal so much.
Service is extremely slow. They won't even tell you when they will deliver, just that there is a ticket scheduled. Called over a week ago and still no delivery.
Teach your driver how to drive!!
Your drivers would rather risk being rear ended by pulling out into traffic than to have some patience and let people who are already driving finish crossing in front of them. Don't cut people off, it's dangerous and stupid. Don't be stupid, it's a disservice to your community. Thank you
