Used Allen's Maintenance Corporation to do a pre move-in cleaning for an apartment that the previous tenant and landlord had left pretty dirty. They did a very good job cleaning the apartment and were very good at communicating. Just make sure you tell them exactly what you need done in the apartment, if it is not part of their cleaning plan. I am going to use them again for sure. Thank you guys!!
