Not sure if it was a man or woman that was on the other end of the phone but, I called them interested in buying roll up window blinds and the person answered my question and must have thought it was a stupid question and hung up on me. I see another comment who had the same experience. Obviously this person is still around after 8 years cause they're related to the owner and foolish people buy from here are my only theories.
The Gentleman was very rude on the phone when I was trying to ask him some prices for fabrics and hang up on me.
I had a conga drum pleated lamp shade that was falling apart. I loved the body of the lamp also. I have known for years that I needed to have the lamp shade replaced. I went to Allen's Interiors and Kathy found someone who replaced the lampshade using the original metal frame. The lamp is back to "marvelous". Thank you Kathy for having the right contacts.
