I have used Allen's to service my rental homes for years, and always had great service. Recently, a rental that I manage had an AC issue. The owners called another local well known company, they diagnosed the issue, and it was about $7,000. Parts would not be available for a week. We discussed just putting in a new unit at $10,000. I called Allen's for a second opinion. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it the next morning for around $2,200!
Prompt, professional service on a unit they installed nearly 10 years ago. The unit was back up and running a few hours after calling them, and at no cost to me because it was still under warranty.
Great experience! Showed up when they said. Installation crew was very professional. I couldn't be happier.
