I came here to get a test roll developed. They guy who helped me with tattoos on his arm and a moustache was incredibly sassy and rude. When I asked to verify my email so I could see the test roll because I'll be gone on a trip for 2 weeks he gave me a bunch of snark. He didn't know much about different film types. I dropped my films two weeks ago. In total I had 144 photos to get revealed and printed. They only sent me back 26 photos. It is my first camera so maybe I did not do a good job and all my photos are trash? Maybe. So I called to ask what happened. The best staff. They are all so knowledgeable + helpful with any questions or concerns. They have always been so helpful for me in the way I am very much an amateur. Many a times, an employee has graciously explained what film is best for what I am shooting, how to work my camera, and what "this or that" means! This was my first time visiting, and the experience was genuinely concerning. The employee who helped me (I don’t remember his name) was not friendly at all. When I said “hi, I am looking for lenses for a Canon camera”, his response was, “Well, To buy? To rent? To look at them?” which came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
