Brooklyn at Allen’s Camera was exceptional. She helped me unbox my new film camera, learn how to load film and not ruin what I’ve already used. Prime customer service and prices were super reasonable, can’t wait to come back and get my film developed and digitized.
I’m sad to write this review, because I always taken my film to Allen’s camera. I received someone else’s film via Dropbox and when I called to notify them (9/26 at 2:15pm) and explained the situation they hung up on me. I tried to call back and they sent me straight to voicemail (mailbox is full). I just wanted to make them aware that I was sent someone else’s film and they didn’t even respond to me just instantly hung up.
