I needed to get my Canadian passport photos done after Fedex messed them up multiple times. Gavin was a true professional and took the time to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them. I was the annoying customer who needed them reprinted and super precise but he made sure that I was 100% satisfied.
I had the best experience getting a high definition image from a family photo I wanted to use for the cover of my new book. The owner was there and did it on the spot, since I couldn't leave my only copy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Oh man. I really genuinely hate giving bad reviews. But these guys have inconvenienced me so much the last couple weeks and acted like *I* was the idiot.
