I came here to get a test roll developed. They guy who helped me with tattoos on his arm and a moustache was incredibly sassy and rude. When I asked to verify my email so I could see the test roll because I'll be gone on a trip for 2 weeks he gave me a bunch of snark. He didn't know much about different film types. I dropped my films two weeks ago. In total I had 144 photos to get revealed and printed. They only sent me back 26 photos. It is my first camera so maybe I did not do a good job and all my photos are trash? Maybe. So I called to ask what happened. The person that answered the phone was very rude and he sounded annoyed because I was calling. I paid for my pictures to get mailed to my house and he said they don’t offer that service?? The best staff. They are all so knowledgeable + helpful with any questions or concerns. They have always been so helpful for me in the way I am very much an amateur. Many a times, an employee has graciously explained what film is best for what I am shooting, how to work my camera, and what "this or that" means!
