We had a great experience at Allen's Boots in Austin, we were visiting from Australia and the service was top notch, the selection of boots and other western wear is also amazing. The staff are amazing as well, offering to brand my boots for free as well as brand my belt too. Next time im in America i will stop by again.
Allen's Boots was one of the highlights of our Austin trip, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting, whether you're a seasoned boot wearer or a complete first timer like me. Walking in is an experience in itself. The place is enormous, with rows and rows of boots stretching back further than you'd expect, plus hats, belts and buckles everywhere you look.
