I highly recommend Allen's Auto Body. Hes a hard working honest mechanic. There are no surprises at the end. My brother was visiting from out of state and his A/C went out in his car. Since there were no dealers for his type of car in town, I called several repair shops. Most couldn’t even look at his car today. I called Allen’s and they were very friendly and said that they could fit him in. He went to Allen’s about an hour after I first called. Luckily, the Freon was just low and they got him taken care of. Thank you so much!!
Allen's took such good care of us this past week. My husband's car was having battery/alternator problems, and then my car was hit in our church parking lot. They were fast, reliable, and honest with their estimate. We are not originally from Morgantown, but now we know where we can take our cars for great service.
Not only did Allen get me in quickly, he fixed my exhaust issue within a few hours. Very reasonably priced and very friendly professional people. Thank you!
WOW, these guys go above and beyond....we came to them with a messed-up front bumper, headlight, and fender, and they repaired everything flawlessly....and matched our metallic orange paint color perfectly, all while smoothly dealing with the insurance company on our behalf. Highly recommend! We will be back if we ever need more work done on our car.
I had thought my water pump went on my Dodge 1500 5.7, but I was not sure if it was just the fan clutch. Allen had it in the shop, diagnosed and fixed with a day. Excellent price, and I'm confident with the fix. It's not easy finding a shop you feel confident with, as many of us really need to trust, that what we are being told is what is actually wrong, and that we aren't paying for a false diagnoses.
