Does a great job fixing appliances at an affordable price!
Mr. Osteen was awesome. My fridge was acting less than appropriate and I was being a penny pincher in hopes that I would have an easy (cheap) fix. Allen gave me multiple options and when I chose the first one (the cheapest one) and it didn't solve the problem, he returned the following day and installed the other part at no additional charge. Super nice man and great service. Thank you again
I hired Mr. Allen to replace a fan motor for my refrigerator. He came to my house and was there less than 15 mins.. I asked Mr. Allen what was the charge and said 175.00 dollars. I said WOW! that's high. I went back to work and looked up the price of the fan matching it to the model number of my refrigerator to make sure they were the same.. The prices ranged from 19.99 to 24.99.. Yes I was ripped off! Its a shame people will do that to you. I will never use Allen's repair again.
